I'm the founder of B/Net Systems, a managed services provider (MSP, or outsourced IT if you prefer) in the greater Washington, DC area. We've been in business since 1994, and primarily manage IT systems for small and medium businesses, along with IT project work, IT security testing and remediation, and IT compliance remediation. Our objective is to take responsibility for our client's IT, within budget, and supporting goals.
B/Net has deep roots in the nonprofit/association space. Half of our team, and 75% of our senior leadership comes from association IT backgrounds, so we are familiar with association needs and demands. Most of our clients are nonprofits or associations.

About Us
B/Net Systems is a managed services provider (MSP) providing outsourced IT services to small and medium sized businesses, primarily in the metro Washington, DC area. Our primary IT services are ongoing maintenance and support of computers and the whole IT environment (physical or cloud-based networks) and cybersecurity services (such as security assessments, testing, compliance, and training). Our goal is to create a trouble-free day-to-day work environment for our client's staff. So, we troubleshoot any IT problems, ensure everything runs smoothly, improve productivity, and tighten up protection against cyber threats.
Over 2/3 of the systems we manage are for nonprofits, and most of our team comes from a nonprofit background. We have been in business for over 30 years, providing responsive, precise, affordable and effective IT services. Our average client has been with us for 8 years, and we are proud to say we still have clients #1 and #2 from 1994! Our goal is to become the trusted technology partner, and to make IT a business enabler through streamlined processes and automation.
