Dennis Buck is a Managing Director with Grant Point Group, a respected middle market mergers & acquisitions firm, where he helps owners of small and mid-sized businesses navigate the M&A process. Prior to joining Grant Point Group, he spent more than 15 years working with public and private-equity owned companies to acquire smaller, privately-owned businesses. He has worked in the corporate development groups of several publicly owned healthcare companies including Henry Schein, Inc., Martek Biosciences Corp, and Omnicare, Inc.
Additionally, Dennis has consulted with various privately-owned firms, providing strategy, valuation, and accounting services.

Dennis currently lives in Baltimore, MD. He has a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
