Throughout my career, I’ve evaluated, implemented, and became the resident expert on whatever business software system was needed - admission application event management, HRIS, task managers, CRMs (even before CRMs were a thing).  I have to do anything routine more than 3 times, I’m probably finding a way to automate doing it the fourth time! My journey into Salesforce consulting began when a colleague needed help. This experience revealed my talent for customizing systems to meet unique business needs. It was an "aha" moment, showing me I could bring value doing what I love while tackling diverse, impactful projects.For over 20 years, I've been passionate about making tools work for businesses. My strength lies in streamlining processes and technology, allowing professionals in Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to focus on their core competencies without technological hurdles.
