Adam has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of progressive human resource management in such diverse environments as government contracting television production commercial banking hospitality and multi-client outsourced HR support. With a bachelor’s in business from Florida State Adam began his career in hospitality industry operations before making the transition into HR. Now he’s Founder and Principal Consultant for Arc Human Capital LLC which provides support for organizations seeking to fulfill their compliance mandates while striving to constantly improve their human capital capabilities. Adam has experience supporting blue- and white-collar organizations in privately held and publicly traded companies with multi-site operations. He’s also an HR instructor for George Mason University’s Executive Professional Education Division and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
