Nicole Vele is an attorney with substantial experience in government procurement matters, including the military, who recently joined GrayRobinson, P.A. as a Shareholder. As an Air Force Judge Advocate General, she handled government procurement matters and related issues totaling over $9 billion dollars and has deep experience with all facets of government procurement issues, including solicitations, source selections, modifications, claims, terminations, contracting officer’s final decisions, and corrective actions.

Nicole provides legal advice and guidance from initial client training on government procurement, market analysis and identifying government business opportunities focused on a client’s product offerings, developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the government agencies that would be most interested in a client’s products, assistance in government procurement compliance issues, contract performance matters, and contract closeout.
