I've been an employee benefits advisor in the DMV for 25 years. I live in Maryland but for my entire career, I've pursued clients in N.VA and WMD. Most of my career I focused on small employers but have been transitioning to larger employer groups. Most of my current clients have between 20-150 employees. Ideally, over the next 5 years, I expect my average employee count per group to increase. My ideal client has 50-300 employees. My free time is spent outdoors with family and friends. My wife and I have 2 young adult boys and a young dog, a Cava-poo.
