Great referrals are 1) small professional office firms with too few employees to have full time HR needs but who have HR needs occasionally! Think of medical practices, vets, architects, interior designers, law firms, etc. or 2) Organizations needing assistance with Merger & Acquisition preparation & due diligence (either on the buyer or seller side). We can help Sellers get their HR house in order before a Buyer starts looking into things, or help the potential Buyer do their due diligence so they understand what they will get, from an HR point of view ,if they purchase a firm 3) anybody assisting international firms who want to come to do business in the US and need help with everything from recruiting new US based staff, to setting up payroll and benefits for them, to running the HR side of the operation when they are staffed, or finally, 4) any organization recruiting to fill open roles.
