Justin Virts is a commercial and residential Realtor serving clients across Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and North Carolina. A former U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer, Justin brings a disciplined background in leadership, operations, strategic planning, and problem-solving to his real estate practice. He holds an MBA from American Public University System and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy. Justin helps clients think through both the transaction and the larger decision behind it, whether they are buying, selling, leasing, relocating, or evaluating an investment property. With experience at EXP Realty, Marcus & Millichap, and Mackenzie Commercial Real Estate, Justin brings experience ranging from first time home buyers, to VA loan buyer, to SBA facilitated transactions, institutional level underwriting, and land development.

I started Vector Point Realty as an advisory driven real estate service, which operates under Samson Properties. Through Vector Point Realty, I help clients with the full range of real estate needs, including residential sales and purchases, commercial leasing and sales, land, farms, investment properties, warehouse/flex space, office, retail, and business relocation needs. My goal is to give clients practical, strategic guidance through the entire process — not just helping them complete a transaction, but helping them make the right real estate decision for their personal, business, or investment goals.
