Member Bio
I am a Collaboratively trained family law attorney, Certified Mediator, and a Conflict Management Coach. I represent clients in all family law matters, including Prenuptial Agreements, Martial Agreements, and Marital Settlement Agreements in the event of divorce. I keep my clients out of court by negotiating out-of-court settlements and representing them in the Collaborative Process and Mediation. Further, I serve as a neutral mediator for those clients who wish to create their resolutions in mediation. I partner with my coaching clients, using the Cinergy Model of Conflict Management Coaching, before, during, and after conflict, to help them learn skills to improve the way they engage in conflict and well as supporting and preparing them to engage actively and effectively in conflict resolution processes. My memberships and activities include:
