Andrew Robinson is a Principal in the Real Estate Law and Transactions group with a practice focus on matters relating to commercial leasing, complex real estate transactions and financing, business acquisitions/sales, general corporate matters, land use, administrative law, land development. He has assisted clients in processing subdivision and condominium development as well as in planning and zoning matters throughout the state. As a member of the firm’s Cannabis Law group, Andrew provides legal guidance and support on issues relating to complex real property issues arising from cannabis laws, rules, and regulations throughout the region and their impact on leasing, acquisition, and compliance matters. He has also worked with many operators in the cannabis industry relating to specific state medical cannabis programs.
