John is a well-versed networking master who prides himself on his consultative approach to clients and peers alike. He has been in the customer service industry since he was 15 years old. Because of this extensive work background, he has gained multiple skills to provide exceptional service and partnership with his clients. After college, John spent 6 years with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and worked his way up. During the pandemic, he transitioned to Paychex where he gained experience in a consultative manner. In July of 2023, John took an opportunity to join Supporting Strategies under the guidance of Steve Barber.
John is a DMV lifer after being adopted from Santiago, Chile at 4 months old. He has played lacrosse from age 8 through college. He attended Christopher Newport University and finished his college education at American University. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in sales and marketing.
In his non-professional world, John has been with his wife (Monica) since 2010 and has 1 dog (Nova) and 2 cats (Kida and Bentley). He is a proud uncle and godfather to his niece and nephew. He enjoys driving around in his bright orange Jeep wrangler, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He is a DIEHARD Washington Capitals, Minnesota Vikings, and anything North Carolina Tarheels related Fan! He is an extreme extrovert and loves meeting new people.
