Ms. Fuller is the Managing Director and co-founder of KGRF Group, Inc. which provides Controller/CFO outsourcing to small to midsize government contractors. With more than thirty years of accounting experience, including twenty five years working with government contractors, she specializes in financial compliance solutions for government contractors and assisting clients in the use of UNANET software.
Kathy has served in financial management positions with several regional federal contractors and has extensive experience in the management of all accounting and finance functions. She has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the complexities of accounting for this unique market. Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, her MBA with a finance concentration from Loyola College and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland.

KGRF Group is a small boutique firm that provides accounting and financial services to government contractors. Our service offering includes outsourced accounting, government contract compliance work, indirect rate architecture, assistance with pricing, merger and acquisition support and expert witness testimony.
Our client base is constructed of small (some just starting their business) to medium sized companies that are looking for backend support and structure so that the business owners can stay focused on the front office. We exclusively work with clients either using UNANET software or are looking to convert to that platform. We are able to do all or only part of their daily accounting functions in addition to providing interim Controller or CFO support for gaps in workforce due to growth, maternity leave or other factors.
