He has led, coached, and mentored proposal teams and staffs in winning contracts—from small task orders to multi-billion dollar IDIQs—with Federal customers such as the Department of Defense, Department of State, and other agencies.

Proposal Strategy and Development Consulting provides full-spectrum proposal support---including direct support, staff augmentation/fractional support, training, coaching, mentoring, capacity-building, and consulting services---to small and mid-sized businesses working with customers across the entire Federal ecosystem. Our clients are located in the National Capital Region and across the country.
Our consultants have a range of relevant skill sets, including proposal management/coordination; writing; editing; desktop publishing; graphic conceptualization, design, and rendering; color reviews; pricing strategy/analysis, basis of estimate, and pricing model development and buildup; Price-to-Win analysis; and orals coaching. Every member of our team has an ethos of service to clients, excellence, and ruthless integrity. Our focus on client service extends beyond proposals: If a client needs support in some other aspect of Government contracting, we are happy to make referrals to other providers with the required expertise.
