Mike DiGiacomo is the President and CEO of BBB of Greater Maryland, leading efforts to promote trust and ethical business practices since July 2024. Prior to joining BBB, Mike served as the Executive Director of the Governor's Workforce Development Board (GWDB) in Maryland. There, he led the state's chief policy-making body for workforce development, acting as an ambassador for Maryland's business community and advising on workforce training needs.
With over 20 years in business development and sales across IT and manufacturing, Mike’s career reflects broad experience in business expansion, specializing in building sales teams, channel programs, and implementation teams. Before his tenure at GWDB, Mike was the Regional President of Accelerent's Baltimore Market from 2012 to 2015. In this capacity, he facilitated professional relationships across various industries, including construction, finance, banking, legal, and nonprofit sectors, by bringing members together to foster partnerships.
