Through the creation, implementation, and proven perfection of a true Small Business Proposal and Business Development model, methodology, and life cycle; Proposing True North was founded. Her early experience in Contract Management, Project Management, Personnel Security, and Proposal Development has allowed her to work alongside organizations to delineate their unique operations and effectively illustrate these aspects through proposals to their federal customers. Lauren was an integral part of establishing Business Development programs and building teams from the ground up, instilling her methodologies in each foundation.
Lauren leads Federal Contractor Teams in Strategic Proposal Development, Business Development and Proposal Training, creation and implementation of Business Development Policies and Procedures, and directs her teams through the coined Proposing True North Business Development Lifecycle methodology for each opportunity.
