Andy is the Founding CEO of TCP Youth Empowerment. After 5 years in the Baltimore Orioles organization and after discovering his faith in the Messiah, Andy shifted gears to serve and mentor kids growing up in tough situations.

Through his work, Andy is pioneering a new style and model of youth development that intersects the education and mentoring spaces. Outside of work, Andy enjoys golfing, weight training, reading, and watching sports.

Andy hails from Bowie, MD and resides in Glen Burnie, MD with his wife, Leanna.

Through innovative mentoring programs and enrichment activities, we empower youth with the character, confidence, and emotional intelligence needed for lifelong academic and personal success.
