I am the owner of Culture CFO and I built this business because I believe financial performance and organizational culture are inseparable. When one suffers, the other follows.

I hold an MBA and an advanced business certification in Strategic Financial Management from Drexel University. I was CFO of CS Holdings Inc. and have over 15 years of finance experience spanning non-profit, higher education, and banking.

Part of what sets me apart as a finance leader is I am also a certified meditation and yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience, giving me a unique perspective on integrating business and personnel performance. My focus on people and culture has been instrumental in every leadership role I held and has helped me find alignment with people, processes, and procedures.

Culture CFO serves nonprofits and small to mid-sized service firms, typically with 25 to 250 employees. Our clients are large enough to have a finance team and HR systems but not a full in-house finance leadership bench. They usually come to us at a turning point: a CFO departure, an ERP or CRM migration, an overwhelmed or manual finance team, or leadership that doesn’t trust the numbers.
