Deborah originally co-founded A Pinch of Time in 2015, building a highly respected concierge and executive support firm known for exceptional service and long-term trusted relationships. As client needs evolved, so did the vision. The Experience of Time emerged as a natural expansion of that foundation, offering an elevated approach to executive partnership, lifestyle management, and concierge services rooted in the belief that leaders should not have to sacrifice their personal lives to succeed professionally.
Prior to launching A Pinch of Time, Deborah founded and served as President and CEO of a technology solutions company serving federal, local government, and commercial clients. Under her leadership, the company grew into a multi-million-dollar enterprise delivering technology infrastructure and communications solutions through strategic partnerships and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Deborah’s leadership has been recognized nationally throughout her career. Her company received Verizon’s Supplier Excellence Award, selected from more than 260,000 suppliers. She was also named among the Fifty Influential Minorities in Business and featured on the cover of Black Enterprise magazine for her leadership and innovation in the technology industry.
