GENERAL 1- I assist my clients with legal decisions throughout their business life cycle, from creation (such as entity selection, organization and owner buy/sell agreements), to operational issues (such as employee/HR concerns, major contract negotiations, intellectual property, leases, bank loans) and through exit planning and eventual sale of the business. I provide legal counsel for clients across a variety of industries and business issues, including government contracting and related legal compliance, software licensing and development, SaaS, leasing, banking, joint ventures, business sales and acquisitions, employment/labor law, incentive compensation, and non-compete and other restrictive covenants. I also have substantial trial experience that is invaluable when attempting to resolve legal disputes and getting control of potential or existing business litigation.
