Jaime Hirschfeld is a partnership and business development professional with extensive experience supporting mission-driven organizations across healthcare, nonprofit, association, and workforce sectors. She currently serves with the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHCACT), where she works to strengthen and support Connecticut’s Community Health Centers and advance access to high-quality, community-based care.

Before joining CHCACT, Jaime held client engagement, partnership development, and business development roles across healthcare and mission-driven organizations, including experience with a health-tech platform focused on improving access to care and support for employees and families.

Previously, Jaime served as Director of Client Sales and Services at FlexProfessionals, a women-owned staffing and recruiting firm, where she led business development and partnered closely with nonprofit, association, and mission-driven clients to address complex talent and workforce challenges. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Revenue Development for a software company that supported public libraries nationwide, driving significant organizational growth through enhanced customer engagement, marketing, and fundraising strategies. She also spent more than a decade providing training, technical assistance, and grant support to Community Health Centers and other federally funded organizations.

Jaime brings a strong background in relationship management, strategic partnerships, client engagement, and communications, with a longstanding commitment to organizations that create meaningful community impact. She holds an M.Ed. from Cleveland State University, a B.A. in Education from John Carroll University, and a Sales Professional Certification from Action Selling. She is active in local school and community organizations.
